• How does Grubhub Marketplace work?

  After you sign up with Grubhub Marketplace, we list your restaurant and menu on Grubhub.com and our Grubhub mobile app. You can then easily manage and fulfill pickup and delivery orders on your own smart device or using the complimentary tablet we will provide you.

  Once on Marketplace, you can access our full suite of products and solutions, including virtual restaurants, delivery solutions, and Grubhub Direct, which allows you to build your own branded ordering website.

• Does Grubhub charge restaurants a signup fee to be listed on its online food delivery marketplace?

  No. There is no sign-up fee to get listed on Grubhub Marketplace.

  Grubhub Marketplace is the name of the service we provide restaurants to help them reach our 33 million+ diners and grow their online food ordering business for both delivery and online ordering. It’s also the name of the central platform for all of our restaurant solutions and offerings.

  Grubhub for Restaurants is the name of the self-service portal that you use to manage your Grubhub business and account when you sign up for Grubhub Marketplace. Learn more about our merchant portal.

• How much commission does Grubhub charge on orders through its mobile app and website?

  If we send you an order received on our Grubhub app or Grubhub.com, Grubhub charges a negotiable marketing percentage for driving the order. You can also choose from one of our flexible pricing packages, with marketing commissions as low as 5%.
